We dispatch all orders using ROYAL MAIL's First-Class service. If your order is placed and paid for by 1 pm on a weekday, your parcel should arrive the next day. However, delivery times may vary. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 7 days, it may be lost in transit. While this is rare, please email us for assistance if it happens.

Each parcel is carefully hand-packed by our in-house team. Orders are triple-sealed and placed in a padded envelope, displaying only your address and a first-class stamp. The envelope is fully sealed to ensure it’s airtight and prevents any odors from escaping.

No, we do not offer in-person pickups. All orders are shipped via postal delivery.
